Magazine Fab: Rihanna Opens Up To "Vogue" About Her Father's Betrayal

In the latest issue of  VOGUE Magazine, Rihanna opens up to the magazine about her father's betrayal, all for cash.  And she's grown to love her curves.  An inside look into Rih's VOGUE interview inside...

 

  

In the April issue of Vogue magazine, Rihanna reveals that her father has betrayed her to the tabloids, selling stories and childhood photos.  A mess.  

She says:

“It really makes me question what I have become to my father. Like, what do I even mean to him? …..It’s really strange. That’s the only word I can think of to describe it, because you grow up with your father, you know him, you are a part of him, for goodness’ sakes! And then he does something so bizarre that I can’t begin to wrap my mind around it. You hear the horror stories about people going behind people’s backs and doing strange things, but you always think, Not my family. My father would never do that to me.”

But RiRi says she was really upset when her dad, Ronald Fenty, spoke to press about Chris Brown after their incident.  

“That was the first time…..My dad went to the press and just told them a bunch of lies. Because he hadn’t talked to me after…that whole thing…. He never called to find out how I was doing, if I was alive, nothing. He just never called. He went straight to the press and got a check. And now he does it again.”

I can't even imagine a father not reaching out to his daughter who was abused?  Rihanna seems to have washed her hands of the situation saying, “Now I’m like, Whatever, I tried.”

But on a happier note, Rih Rih spoke about coming to love her figure:

"Over the holidays, and even during filming, I realized that I actually like my body, even if it's not perfect according to the book. I just feel sexy. For the first time, I don't want to get rid of the curves. I just want to tone it up. My body is comfortable, and it's not unhealthy, so I'm going to rock with it."
