As we inch closer to the Emmys on Sept. 18, we're continuing to ask you to weigh in on who should win. We already asked you about the dramas you are rooting for, and now we'd like to know your thoughts on who deserves to take the statuette home in the race for outstanding comedy series.
Modern Family took the prize in its debut season last year, but will it fare as well in its sophomore year? NBC has three comedies nominated in the category, including The Office, which beat out the competition in 2006, and 30 Rock, which won in 2009. NBC's Parks and Recreation picked up its first nod in the category this year, as did The Big Bang Theory, which continues to receive critical recognition after its star Jim Parsons took home the Emmy for lead actor in a comedy series last year. Glee rounds out the nominee list with its second shot at the Emmy in the category.
