Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are proud new parents! The singer gave birth to their twins at 12:07 p.m. at a Los Angeles hospital on Saturday (April 30).
Mariah's rep, who confirmed the births to The Associated Press, says the couple have not named the children yet.
