Lindsay Lohan was officially been taken into custody this morning following her court hearing regarding her probation. Lindsay arrived at court at 10 a.m. in a conservative dove-gray dress and with a heavily made-up face. However, L.A. County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner was not impressed -- she slammed Lindsay for being kicked out of serving at the Downtown Women?s Center, which she blew off nine times and left early the one time she actually showed up. Sautner then pointed out an extensive list of other violations of Lindsay?s probation, including not finishing her Shoplifters Alternative until the night before the hearing, and not seeing her shrink in person.
The hardnosed judge laid down the law and revoked Lindsay?s probation, setting a hearing for November 2 to determine whether or not the troubled starlet will go to jail. Sautner said she would not want to send Lindsay to state facilities where sex offenders and felons are housed; rather, she would be detained in a county jail used for offenders of nonviolent, non-sex-related crimes. Lindsay?s bail is set at $100,000, and she should be released later today.
